Belinda Welensky is a registered Principal Estate Agent South Africa. She qualified as a estate agent in 1995 and has run her own Estate Agency since 1996. She is still actively engaged in the marketing of sales and rentals of free standing homes and sectional title units in Sandton, Johannesburg. Her business, whilst small, entitles her to the freedom of decision making for her future.
Belinda wrote her first Ebook in 2004 for the general public.DIY Letting gave sound advice with the legal aspects of renting made simple to understand. This exciting book takes the fear out of being a landlord. Her years of experience were then directed into her next Ebook called Rental Agents Study Guide. In simple terms new and old rental agent learn about the procedures that have to be followed and the importance of the law to avoid the many pitfalls related to the leasing of property.
With the introduction of the new real estate qualification introduced in South Africa in 2007, whilst it was not necessary to do so, she enrolled and passed the NQF 4. This qualification is the basic entry level for estate agents in South Africa. In so doing she has gathered a greater level of understanding the levels of professionalism desired by Services SETA and the Estate Agency Affairs Board. She then undertook a further qualification and qualified as an assessor with Services SETA in 2010. She has now developed 11 helpful little booklets explaining what is required by Services SETA in the National Qualification 4 in Real Estate. During 2011 she qualified as a Principal Estate Agent and Moderator.
